it will continue providing products and
support for several of Simpact, Inc. ex-customers. Tokyo, Japan, December 16, 1999 - K.K. Cybercom, a Tokyo-based
engineering and systems integration company, has agreed to distribute Interon
Networks, Inc.'s products in Japan. Cybercom recently became the first Red
Hat Certified Gold SI Reseller in Japan. Interon Networks, Inc., a San
Diego-based company, provides networking products and services. Cybercom
will market, sell, and support Interon's Linux SNA in
Japan. Minoru Shima, President of Cybercom, said "Interon's innovative

enhance Cybercom's already powerful Linux

a perfect fit." San Diego, CA, June 4, 1999 - Interon Networks, Inc. has agreed to integrate its SNA protocol stack into Simpact, Inc.'s Sm@rtRouter product line. Interon's embeddable, small-footprint SNA stack includes host emulation (PU_T5), and can easily be integrated into routers and other dedicated network equipment. The Simpact Sm@rtRouter will use Interon's SNA to migrate legacy SNA traffic to IP networks. The Simpact Sm@rtRouter utilizes the VxWorks operating system. In order to include TN3270E server functionality in Simpact's Sm@rtRouer, Interon is integrating its SNA stack with Mendeltron Inc.'s TN3270E server. For More Information:
